Lou Gardiner's a British artist and designer producing unique one off pieces of contemporary embroidery to commission. Her embroideries explode off the canvas and are inspired by nature, music and creative emotion. She pushes this niche art form in new directions as much as possible, often working on large canvasses using unusual materials. Lou continuously promotes stitch which is an exciting, rich and beautiful medium!

Lou is currently exhibiting work at Anthropologie on the Kings Road in London until January 31st
