Since 2006, Icon has administered a highly successful work-based training bursary scheme in the UK. It was originally funded by a £2.45m grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund. Icon works with partners to run internships that are fully-funded and underpinned by Icon’s Professional Standards. Most placements are for 12 months, but internships can vary from six months to two years.
