Bees have been the latest addition to Anna Collette Hunt's swarm family. The design process began over a year ago when she sculpted the first bee models to make moulds from. The first experiments were tricky, as she tried to balance the natural physique of a bee with her signature swarm style. The bees needed to match the ensorcelled myriad of specimens that she has created within her swarm while maintaining the correct levels of bumble that a bee so casually exhibits. The resulting bees are fragile and delicate. The Gold lustre highlights and unorthodox wing arrangement conjure the zeitgeist that the swarm is adored for.
